It is the firm belief of the Real Food Campaign that the nutrient levels in foods are easily measurable, and that nutrient dense foods are achievable. One aspect of our campaign is to gather a team of experts in this field and work with them to establish a standard for what constitutes nutrient dense food. Throughout 2010 we will facilitate this team's work, with the intention that preliminary standards be unveiled by 2012.
